We can do both hot & cold vulcanisation on site of different varieties of belts. Our service team is available 24 hrs 7 days a week to ensure our customer’s facilities are on the move when they need to be.

Our service team is available on call if there are any repairs or services to be done on the conveyors to ensure a longer life and thereby making it economic for the customer.

We are well equipped to do the clip joint the conveyor belts onsite which is one of the fastest and economic ways of joining belts. This way is used mostly in recycling plants and for repairs.

We can lag different types of rollers using cold joints. We use high-quality Bostik adhesives to achieve this. We can lag rollers up to 2 metres wide. Both food grade and non-food grade lagging are available.

We can make custom made round transmission belts in different diameters and lengths out of our round poly cord belting. These are hot vulcanised using a heat press.
